What This Code Means
The system enters Supervisory mode when a monitor module point programmed with a Supervisory type code activates.
Common Causes
- 1Activation of a tamper switch
- 2Activation of a waterflow switch
- 3Activation of a sprinkler system
- 4Radio frequency device activation
- 5Duct detector or other detector programmed for supervisory (non-alarm) condition
- 6Latching or tracking supervisory condition
Resolution Steps
1. Press the ACKNOWLEDGE/SCROLL DISPLAY key to silence the panel sounder. 2. Identify the device and location from the LCD display. 3. Correct the condition that activated the supervisory point. 4. If the Type Code is latching, press the SYSTEM RESET key to return the panel to normal operation. 5. If the Type Code is non-latching, the panel will return to normal automatically once the condition is corrected.
