What This Code Means

A trouble condition occurring on a control/relay module or control/relay transponder.

Common Causes

1Open circuit on the module's supervised wiring
2Short circuit on the module's supervised wiring
3Device not responding due to being disconnected or faulty
4Incorrect addressing on the SLC

Resolution Steps

Press the ACKNOWLEDGE/SCROLL DISPLAY key to silence the panel sounder. Check the connections from the module to the input or output device to which it is wired for opens or shorts. Determine whether the device is functional, connected, and addressed properly on the SLC.
