What This Code Means

There is an open circuit on the negative side of loop x.

1Open circuit on the negative side of the SLC loop

Resolution Steps

Locate and correct the open circuit condition on the negative side of the specified loop, then press the RESET button to clear the latching trouble. Note that Style 7 configuration of the SLC requires the use of ISO-X isolator modules.
