There is an open circuit on the positive side of loop x.

Resolution Steps

Correct the open circuit condition on the positive side of the loop and press the RESET button. Note that Style 6 and Style 7 are supervised methods, and the panel will drive both ends of the loop in an unsupervised method until the latching trouble is cleared.
