Ionization detector indicating a latching supervisory (non-alarm) condition.

Common Causes

1Ionization detector sensing smoke or combustion products at a supervisory threshold

3Latching supervisory activation from the detector

Resolution Steps

Investigate the location of the ionization detector to identify the cause of activation. Once the condition is cleared, press the ACKNOWLEDGE/SCROLL DISPLAY key to silence the panel sounder, then press the SYSTEM RESET key to return the panel to normal operation.
