What This Code Means

The control unit enters the trouble state when a point, module, or logic group is manually isolated from the system, preventing the processing of status change signals until it is re-enabled.

Common Causes

1Manual disablement of a device, module, or logic group by an operator
2Disabling all devices in a Zone group, which automatically disables the group
3Communication service manually disabled

Resolution Steps

Sign in with fire privilege 3 or higher, and then tap Project Tree on the Action bar. Expand the project tree by tapping the expand button, and then locate the target device. Tap the device, and then tap Enable on the Command bar. Note: Enable the device the same number of times that you disabled it.
