Can the EST3 program be uploaded from the panel if the SDU project file is lost?

I couldn't find a procedure in the manuals for uploading a project database from the panel to recover a lost SDU file. The manuals define downloading as the process of sending compiled data from the SDU computer to the CPU (Page 219) [1].

While the EST3X supports "uploads" via an Ethernet connection, this function is specifically restricted to reading panel status and diagnostic information (Page 79) [1].
