To set the pre-discharge abort behavior and release delay on the AEGIS 2.0, you must enter Configuration Mode and adjust Item 06 for the abort mode and Items 14 or 15 for the release delay duration (Page 53, 56) [1].
Press and hold Acknowledge, then press System Reset within five seconds (Page 51) [1].
Enter the factory default password 186 by using Output Disable to increment digits and Acknowledge to confirm each position (Page 51) [1].
Press Acknowledge to scroll to Item 06 (Abort Type) and use Output Disable to select the desired mode, such as Mode 1 for UL compliance (Page 53) [1].
Press Acknowledge to scroll to Item 14 (Release Circuit 1) or Item 15 (Release Circuit 2) and use Output Disable to select the delay duration from 0 to 60 seconds (Page 56) [1].
To save and exit, cycle through the configuration items until "???" is displayed, then press Signal Silence (Page 53) [1].
