Resolution Steps
Press the Acknowledge switch to silence the piezo and turn the System Trouble LED on steady. Check the status and physical connections of the telephone lines (Telco Line 1 and 2) to the panel. Verify that the central station phone numbers and account codes are correctly programmed in the system settings. If the trouble clears, the system will automatically return to normal operation status.
