The control panel has lost its primary AC power supply and is currently operating on standby batteries.

Common Causes

1Loss of primary AC power from the branch circuit

Resolution Steps

Check the primary AC power source and branch circuit breaker. Verify that 120 VAC or 240 VAC is present at terminal block TB1. Ensure the green AC Power LED is illuminated once power is restored.
