Common Causes

1One or more protection zones are not intact
2Trouble on a supervised relay (6XX, where XX = 01-32)
3Trouble on a peripheral device connected to the keypad terminals (8XX, where XX = 00-30)
4System trouble such as dialers, NACs, or ground faults (9XX, where XX = 00-99)

Resolution Steps

To silence the beeping sound for trouble conditions, press any key. Determine if the zone(s) displayed are intact (this may include Fire and Waterflow type zones) and make them so if they are not. If the problem has been corrected, key an OFF sequence (Code plus OFF) to clear the “CHECK” or “TRBL” display. If the display persists, CALL FOR SERVICE IMMEDIATELY.
