Resolution Steps

CALL FOR SERVICE IMMEDIATELY. To troubleshoot, disconnect the control by removing the plug from the RJ31X telephone wall jack. If the regular phone works correctly after the control/communicator has been disconnected, the control/communicator has a problem and should be returned for repair. If there is still a problem on the line, notify the telephone company.
