Resolution Steps
Silence the keypad by entering the user code and pressing the OFF key. If no flames or smoke are apparent, investigate the cause. If smoke is present in the detector, clear it by fanning the detector for about 30 seconds. To clear the display and reset the alarm from memory, enter the user code and press the OFF key a second time.
