What This Code Means

Primary AC power to the control panel has been lost.

Common Causes

Resolution Steps

Check the AC circuit breaker supplying the panel. If power is present, disconnect batteries and check the 5A fuse on the AC terminal block; replace if necessary with the same type and rating.
