The control panel has failed 10 total attempts to communicate with the primary Central Station phone number.
Common Causes
- 110 total unsuccessful attempts to communicate
- 2Noisy phone lines
- 3Telephone lines out of service or temporarily disabled
- 4Incorrectly programmed Central Station phone numbers
- 5Use of a call-forwarded phone number
Resolution Steps
Two phone numbers must be programmed, the primary Central Station phone number and the secondary Central Station phone number. All system reports will be transmitted to the primary Central Station phone number. Reports will automatically be sent to the secondary Central Station phone number if attempts to transmits to the primary Central Station phone number are unsuccessful.
