What This Code Means

A disable event is taking place on the control panel, indicating that a device, zone, or panel event has been manually deactivated.

Common Causes

1Manual deactivation of a device for maintenance
2Disabling a zone to prevent event messages during work
3Disabling a loop event or panel event
4Disabling a panel NAC during maintenance

Resolution Steps

Press the Menu button and choose Control. Enter a level one password. Choose Enable/Disable. Select the appropriate category (Device, Zone, Panel Event, Loop Event, or Panel NAC). Select the disabled item and choose to enable it. Remember to enable the event as soon as you have finished working.
