The tamper contact is used to monitor whether the control panel's housing has been opened and can be used to automatically deactivate components for servicing.
Common Causes
- 1Control panel housing has been opened
- 2Tamper contact not slotted into the holder correctly
- 3Incorrect terminal assignments of terminal 1 to 4 at the power supply module
Resolution Steps
The tamper contact 7 is slotted into the holder in one of the housing's top corners together with the plastic insert (with the contact tab pointing down). Connect to the power supply module (PSM). Take note of the assignments of terminal 1 to 4!
