What This Code Means
The control unit has detected a change in state of one or both of its supervisory input circuits, or its PCB mounted Output Disable switch.

Resolution Steps
Press the Acknowledge control switch to silence the internal buzzer and change the flashing System Supervisory LED to steady. Identify the source of the signal, such as a pressure switch or the Output Disable switch. Restore the initiating device to its normal state or press the Output Disable switch a second time to disengage it. The supervisory condition will clear when the control unit receives supervisory-off messages from all reporting devices.
