What This Code Means

This condition indicates that the battery voltage has fallen below the required threshold for reliable standby operation.

Common Causes

1Battery voltage is less than 25.0 Vdc in the absence of primary power
2Battery voltage falls below 19.5 V
3Batteries have been in service for 36 months or more
4Primary AC power loss causing battery discharge

Resolution Steps

Check battery voltage, must be greater than 25.0 Vdc in the absence of primary power. The battery will be automatically disconnected when the battery voltage falls below 17 volts.
